At Smith Catering, we pride ourselves on providing quality food services and exceptional customer service. In doing so, here are a lists of requests we ask of you as a potential client.

1. Please allow us 48-72 hours to get back with you in regard to your inquiry.

2. Selecting the date on your inquiry form does not guarantee availability. 

​

3. If your date is unavailable, you will be contacted via

e-mail to select an alternative date if that is an option for you. 

​

4. A deposit is necessary to secure your date. The deposit amount will be listed on your quote should you wish to accept. 

​

5. The final payment is due no later than a week prior to the event date. 

​

6. Should you require servers, it is an additional fee and you must book a minimum of two. 

​

7. There is a $50 delivery fee for locations under 25 miles. Anything over 25 miles will be calculated and added to quote. 

8. There is a $100 delivery fee for any AirBNB.
